Pallav Gupta is an assistant professor in the Dept. of ECE at Villanova University. He received his BS (w/ Honors) from The University of Arizona in 2002 and MA/PhD degrees from Princeton University in 2004/2006. His research interests are in computer-aided design for emerging nanotechnologies such as QCA, RTDs, SETs, and carbon-nanotubes. He is also broadly interested in IC (chip) design and electronic design automation.

His dissertation was entitled "Synthesis and testing methodologies for reverislbe, threshold, and majority logic circuits."
